TFC Architects & Engineers (TFC, Inc.) has celebrated over 14 years of dedicated service under the leadership of Mark A. Line, P.E. The company was established in 1995, under the name of First Choice Consulting Company, with a vision to become the first choice for providing architecture, engineering, and construction administration services, by ensuring timely, quality, and cost  effective solutions that exceed clients' expectations. In 2006, we changed our name to TFC Architects & Engineers in order to more fully reflect our company's services.

Our mission is to provide innovative facility design services to our customer, while cultivating partnering relationships. Our reputation is built upon performance, quality, professionalism and attention to detail.

We are a full-scope architectural and engineering resource that can provide a wide array of services, including architecture, interior design, civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial and structural engineering. We have the depth of experience from a single location in a multitude of markets. Our construction administration services allow us to provide our clients with a qualified project manager and construction specialist to work with your team and successfully integrate all aspects of your project's requirements from conceptual design to final completion.
